Confessions of a Band Geek Mom, Free!

Confessions of a Band Geek Mom
I live for free stuff

I love free stuff. Don’t you just love free stuff? Of course you do. So in honor of the crazy holiday shopping that sneaks up on us in just nine short days (a.k.a. Black Friday) I’m kicking off a campaign this coming weekend called Jumpstart on Black Friday where I’m offering you the Kindle version of my popular humor book, Confessions of a Band Geek Mom ABSOLUTELY FREE! Yep, you heard that right. From Friday, November 16, to Tuesday, November 20, you can download and legally own (not borrow) Confessions of a Band Geek Mom onto your Kindle for free.

All you have to do is go to the Kindle page for Confessions of a Band Geek Mom on, and on November 16 you’ll see that the Kindle version is a free download for the next five days. Be sure to forward the book’s Amazon link to friends who also like to get free stuff, especially if the free stuff is a book that’s so hysterically funny you’ll be hard pressed NOT to pee your pants when you read it. (Warning, do not read while drinking gallons of iced tea.)

What’s that you say? You don’t know what the book is about? Well then, let me help you out with that. Here’s a review of Confessions of a Band Geek Mom from Publisher’s Weekly:

This laugh-out-loud funny parenting memoir from standup comedian Dymalski (The Vixen Chronicles) will keep readers entertained, whether they want children, have children, or want nothing to do with children. Dymalski’s witty remarks and sarcastic retorts prove to be the perfect way for her to chart the trials, tribulations, and joys of raising two boys after 36 years of childless freedom. Dymalski shares the ways in which her life changed with motherhood and describes how the brutal reality of parenting is very different from preconceived ideas about having children. Full of hilarious and memorable moments and including chapters titled “The Art of Using Scissors (Blood and Gore, Part 1),” “Working Off Fat Season,” “Mom Jeans,” and “Excuse Me, I Volunteered for What?” Dymalski’s book will engage readers cover to cover.

Stacy Dymalski is an award winning keynote speaker and stand-up comic who gave up the glamorous life of coach travel, smokey comedy clubs, and heckling drunks for the glamourous life of raising kids (who happen to be bigger hecklers than the drunks). This blog is her new stage.
